Mark W. Dickson, CPA
Mark, a Lubbock native, graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University in May of 1979. Prior to his graduation he joined the firm as a part time employee in January of 1979 and became a full time employee upon his graduation in May. He attained his certification in November of 1981 and became a shareholder on November 6th, 1991. In his experience with Mason Warner & Company PC he has become knowledgeable in the areas of Oil & Gas taxation, Farming and Ranching, and Small Business and Closely held Corporations. Mark works with all types of entities including both "C" and "S" corporations, all forms of partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, Trusts and Estates, as well as, Not for Profit entities. Mark is also certified to prepare Medicaid Cost Reports and Rate Enhancement Reports required of Facilities that care for the Elderly and the Intellectually Disabled in the State of Texas. In addition Mark Has been involved in numerous Litigation Support engagements.
Barbara Gilliam, CPA
Barbara joined Mason Warner & Company in January 1998. She graduated from Texas Tech University in December 1985 and holds degrees in both Accounting and Management Information Systems. Barbara became a MWC shareholder in January of 2004. Prior to moving back to Lubbock to join Mason Warner, Barbara worked as a manager in the Accounting and Consulting Services Department of a large local CPA firm in Dallas, Texas. Barbara practices primarily in the areas of individual, partnership and corporate taxation and consulting. She provides services to a wide range of businesses, including physicians and other health care providers, professionals and leads our firm in the area of Retirement Benefit administration and Compliance. In 2015 Barbara began acting as Managing Shareholder and President of MWC.
Greg Moore, CPA
Greg is a native West Texan, having grown up in Brownfield. He attended Texas Tech University and graduated in 1976 with a BBA in Accounting. He joined Mason Warner & Company in September 1977, and became a shareholder in the Firm in 1991. Greg practices primarily in the areas of individual, partnership and corporate taxation and consulting. He provides services to a wide range of businesses, including physicians and other health care providers, professionals, banks, retail and wholesale trades, dealerships, manufacturing concerns, real estate management, and retirement plans and trusts. He also oversees the Firm's financial statement reporting practice and has extensive experience in this area.
J. Tait Crow, CPA
Tait grew up in Sunray, Texas. He graduated from West Texas A&M University, where he was a three year letterman in football. Tait graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in August of 1999. Tait began his accounting career in October 1999 and joined Mason Warner & Company PC on November 10, 2003. He attained his certification in December of 2005. Tait specializes in the areas of Farm and Ranch as well as the Cutting Horse Industry. He has extensive experience in Individual Tax, Small Business, Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, S & C Corporations and Nonprofit Organizations. Tait became a shareholder on January 1, 2012.
Will D. Sanders, CPA
Will is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance. He joined Mason Warner in 2007 and became a shareholder on January 1, 2020. Will has extensive experience in consulting and preparation of individual, partnership, corporate, trust, and not-for-profit tax returns. He has worked with a wide variety of industries, including farming and ranching. Will is also certified to prepare Medicaid Cost Reports in the State of Texas. He has been active in leadership roles on the board of the South Plains Chapter of the TXCPA. Will is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Jeremy Stapp, CPA/ABV
Jeremy grew up in Lockney, Texas. He graduated from West Texas A&M University with a Masters in Professional Accounting in May of 2008. He began his career in 2006 and joined Mason Warner & Company on June 30, 2008, and Jeremy became a shareholder on January 1, 2020. He attained his certification in August of 2010. Jeremy has experience in S and C Corporations, Partnerships, Small Businesses, Individuals, and Limited Liability Companies. He is also certified to prepare Medicaid Cost Reports in the state of Texas. Jeremy also holds the ABV credential which stands for Accredited in Business Valuations. He has completed Business Valuations for a variety of client engagements including Buy / Sell agreements and Gift transfers.
